The Primate of the United States and the Parish of St. Sarah the Egyptian were proud to present the Guardian of the Sacred Flame award to Timothy Jay Smith and Michael Honegger for their work in helping refugees on the Greek island of Lesvos during the annual Feast of St. John at St. Sarah’s Parish in Boston, MA.
As they are both continuing their work in Lesvos, they recorded a response to the award presentation, which is presented here for you.
All proceeds from this years Feast of St. John are being donated to the relief effort.
