Ah hah. The certificate is set up to use the First Name and Last Name on your user profile. If your name isn’t showing up, it’s probably because you didn’t set up a First and Last name.
Bill, I’ve just edited your profile to add yours, so if you reload your certificate, it should now work. If you’d like to change it yourself, just use the Edit My Profile link from the toolbar.
