Be it known by our own signature that We, Shaun Patrick Michael McCann, in ecclesia IOHANNES IV, Sovereign Pontiff and Patriarch of the Apostolic Johannite Church, Primate of North America, Archbishop of Alberta, Titular Bishop of Ephesus, Primate of the Ecclesia Gnostica Joanita of North America, and holder of the Apostolic filiation according to the Apostle JOHN, in the due exercise of Our Sacred Office, and pursuant to the powers vested in us by the Apostolic Succession, and by virtue of the legal powers and prerogatives conferred upon us and all other pertinent instruments hereunto enabling us, on this Twenty-Second day of March, in the Two-thousand and Fourteenth year of our Most Holy Lord, the One Hundred and Twenty-Fourth Year of the Era of the Gnosis Restored, the Eight Hundred and Ninety-Sixth Year from the transmission of the Johannite Lineage to the Order of the Temple of Jerusalem:
In recognition of his worthiness as an exemplar of the Gnostic path through devotion to Christ and Gnosis in life, and martyrdom in death, and recalling the respect and esteem held by the community of Gnostics, Gallican Catholics, independent and esoteric jurisdictions throughout the world, we rightly, duly and canonically declare Mgr. Constant Chevillion raised to the altars of the Apostolic Johannite Church on the seventieth anniversary of his martyrdom.
We call upon the Apostolic Johannite Church to honour his memory, recalling his virtue and the teaching given by his example. For this purpose, we set aside the twenty-second day of March, for the celebration of liturgy in his honour, that his name may be invoked in the public prayers of the Apostolic Johannite Church.

En reconnaissance de son mérite comme un exemple de la voie gnostique par la dévotion au Christ et à la Gnose dans la vie, et le martyre dans la mort, et rappelant le respect et l’estime que lui porte la communauté des gnostiques, gallicans catholiques, les juridictions indépendantes et ésotériques à travers le monde, nous à juste titre, dûment et canoniquement déclarons Mgr. Constant Chevillon (Tau Harmonious) élevé sur les autels de l’Église apostolique Johannite sur le soixante-dixième anniversaire de son martyre.
Nous appelons l’Église apostolique Johannite pour honorer la mémoire de Mgr. Chevillon, rappelant sa vertu et l’enseignement donné par son exemple. A cet effet, nous mettons de côté la vingt-deuxième jour de Mars, pour la célébration de la liturgie en son honneur, que son nom peut être invoqué dans les prières publiques de l’Eglise apostolique Johannite.
