St. Joachim’s offers a series of events for its members to explore Gnostic spirituality in a way that is familiar and comfortable to them. Monthly social gatherings over coffee, study groups, and regularly scheduled masses / Celebrations of the Eucharist are just some of the ways we come together in fellowship and practice. SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

In response to the early and on-going to concerns surrounding the spread of COVID-19 in Los Angeles and Southern California, St. Joachim’s was temporarily forced to suspend its public gatherings and services. However, as the city emerges from its pandemic emergency measures, we are preparing to relaunch! We ask that you keep an eye on our site for further updates and look forward to getting back to our regular schedule as soon as possible. If you are in the Los Angeles area and are interested in helping us re-establish our parish, please let us know!!!

In the meantime, we ask that you join us in praying for the health and safety of all during these difficult times. From those who are already ill to those trying to avoid infection, from the business owners who are facing major losses to the employees who are not able to stay home because their jobs are to care for the health and safety of others, from those trying to care for their families to the ones who are alone and afraid, keep everyone in your prayers and please, above all, keep yourselves healthy and safe. – Fr.
